DETHKLOK's Gene Hoglan Is D O N E Tracking Drums For Bands NEW Album! #AtomicClock

As you should all know by now, drumming machine Gene Hoglan is no longer in FEAR FACTORY. While there had been speculations that Hoglan left FEAR FACTORY in order to join TESTAMENT, we were told by a very reliable source that the real reason behind Hoglan's departure was because DETHKLOK can offer him a lot more cash than either FEAR FACTORY or TESTAMENT can. So it really came down to Hoglan going for the gig that offers him the biggest pay check. We personally don't blame him at all!

Yesterday (June 7th), it became pretty clear that Hoglan has rejoined DETHKLOK and will be part of the bands upcoming tour with LAMB OF GOD and GOJIRA. The drummer twitted the following:

"Just finished recording the Dethklok album late last night. This is going to be killer! Stoked"

So when can you expect to listen to DETHKLOK III, probably sometime in the Winter!

As previously reported, DETHKLOK and LAMB OF GOD will be joining forces for a 34-show North American that is schedule to kick off on August 1 in Seattle, Washington. The three-time Grammy® Award-nominated band from Richmond, VA and the world’s most brutal animated death band from Adult Swim’s "Metalocalypse" animated series will shred their way through cities throughout in the U.S. and Canada ending September 15 in San Francisco, CA.

Joining the co-headliners at each stop along the tour will be special guest GOJIRA, the French Metal band that will perform songs from its upcoming album release, 'L'Enfant Sauvage', which will be released in the U.S. on June 26 with Roadrunner Records. Pitchfork describes the NEW album as "breathless and awesome."
